1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVES
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering.
- End-to-End Development
- 0-2 years experience in the relevant field.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or vendor-specific certifications from companies like Microsoft, Cisco, or Apple.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques is necessary. This includes diagnosing issues with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
- Familiarity with common business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, web browsers) is important. Candidates should be able to assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configurations is beneficial. Candidates should be able to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist users with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol) is valuable for providing assistance to users remotely and troubleshooting issues on their devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
